I was unfortunately thrust into a nasty probate situation and actually recommended Julia via my attorney. I could not be happier with the results. Julia is one of the most competent and responsive people I've worked with during this process and despite me knowing nothing about real estate, probate, or even just selling the house itself, she was there every step of the way and did her best to make this headache of a situation as simple and straightforward as possible, and even took the time to recommend and provide the contact information for additional services the estate required at the time. I could not be more grateful for her help and can gladly say her real estate services were worth every penny. She went above and beyond expectations, and I cannot recommend her more.
