Just Home Group helped us move from Florida to Tennessee, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They guided us through the differences in rules and regulations between the two states when it came to buying a home, and they stayed on top of every offer, inspection, and negotiation.The pace of life in Tennessee may be slow, but the housing market moves fast. Several homes were sold before we could even call the listing agent after seeing them advertised. Even though all the houses that we looked at looked great but at the end didn't work for one reason or another , the team kept a positive attitude and kept us positive and the right house did happen .Through all of that, the team was always available for any question—big or small—at a moment’s notice. This team was patient since we were from out of state arranged everything around our schedule and took charge when we couldn't it was like we were there. I was unfortunately thrust into a nasty probate situation and actually recommended Julia via my attorney. I could not be happier with the results. Julia is one of the most competent and responsive people I've worked with during this process and despite me knowing nothing about real estate, probate, or even just selling the house itself, she was there every step of the way and did her best to make this headache of a situation as simple and straightforward as possible, and even took the time to recommend and provide the contact information for additional services the estate required at the time. I could not be more grateful for her help and can gladly say her real estate services were worth every penny. She went above and beyond expectations, and I cannot recommend her more.
